You can collect your new passport and/or ID on / Preuzimanje novog pasosa i/ili licne karte:

• Monday / Ponedeljak: 10.00-12.00 hrs.
• Wednesday and Thursday / Srijeda i Cetvrtak: 9.00-12.00 hrs.

We will inform you when your documents are ready. You do not need to make an appointment to collect your documents.
