The HIV Instrument is a regional initiative that aims to contribute to ending HIV/AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. The programme will strengthen the capacity of local civil society organizations to expand access to HIV services for adolescent girls and young women, and key populations across six countries in the Southern African region.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Maputo invites regional civil society organizations (CSOs) working on HIV in Southern Africa to submit concept notes for the new HIV Instrument (2026–2030).
The HIV Instrument is a regional initiative that aims to contribute to ending HIV/AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. The programme will strengthen the capacity of local civil society organizations to expand access to HIV services for adolescent girls and young women, and key populations across six countries in the Southern African region.
The Embassy invites regional civil society organizations (CSOs) based in Southern Africa, with a strong track record in the HIV response to submit concept notes. Interested organizations can request the full call for concept through sending an email with the Subject: Request - Call for Concept notes HIV instrument.
