Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19 in Vietnam, the Consulate General in HCMC does not receive visitors at the consular desk, until further notice. Currently, all staff members are continuing their work mostly remotely and digitally.

Therefore, you cannot make an appointment via the consular appointment system. Appointments that have already been made can be rescheduled at the initiative of the Consular Section.

Visa, passports, certificates

Until further notice, the consular desk is only open by appointment. Please note that as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the consular services the Consulate General renders are more limited than usual. In case of an emergency, call the 24/7 service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: +31 247 247 247.

Monday to Friday: By appointment only.

In case you have an appointment you are required to sign a health declaration and bring a negative PCR-test that is not older than 48 hours.

These requirements are temporarily but necessary in order to optimally ensure the continuity of our services in the context of the Vietnamese Covid-19 measures.

Therefore we also kindly but urgently ask you to come to an appointment at the appointed timeslot and only with those people that are essential for the service you require.
