Coronavirus / Covid-19: With the exception of the consular section, the embassy is closed to the public until further notice. Do you have questions for the economic, political, cultural or agricultural department? Then please send an e-mail.

In view of the declaration of an Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) over Metro Manila effective 06 - 20 August 2021 in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic, we regret to inform you that the consular section of the embassy will be closed for the public and appointments scheduled within these dates for MVV visa and Dutch passport applications will be cancelled.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 - 14:30.

Friday: 9:00 - 12:00.

Legalisation of documents from Micronesia

The embassy only legalises documents from Micronesia. You can send an email to make an appointment. Documents can also be sent by post to the embassy. You will be informed about the procedure and costs after having sent an email.

For an appointment, send an email in English.

Collection of documents

Due to the Corona virus/Covid 19 you can't go the embassy without an appointment. At the moment of your application the embassy will further inform you about the collection of your document.
