24 November (evening): Welcome Reception
The programme kicks off with a reception hosted by the Netherlands Embassy in Hanoi, offering an informal setting to connect with fellow delegation members and Embassy representatives.

25 November: Company Visits
Delegates will visit 3 to 5 key Vietnamese tech companies, arranged and hosted by the Embassy. These visits offer a first-hand look at Vietnam's technology ecosystem and a chance to pitch potential collaboration, joint solutions and local partnership opportunities for market entry.

26 to 27 November: Full Access to GITEX AI Vietnam
Delegates will receive full access to the GITEX AI Vietnam programme, including:

• A fully equipped and pre-branded Startup Pod for each company, including marketing support and lead generation
• Corporate and investor matchmaking, with access to 150+ investors and funds
• Networking opportunities, including a dedicated startup networking session
• Pitch opportunities, including the Supernova Pitch Competition with a US$100,000 cash prize pool
• Access to visitors from the wider Vietnamese and international technology ecosystem, with opportunities to explore potential local partners and clients

The Embassy will fully cover:

• Welcome reception on the evening of 24 November, hosted by the Embassy;
• Bus transport from a designated pick-up and drop-off point to the company visits, plus lunch, on 25 November. Participants are responsible for making their own way to the pick-up point;
• GITEX AI Vietnam 2026 entrance tickets for up to 3 members per company;
• One GITEX AI Vietnam 2026 conference pass per company;

Flights, accommodation and other meals are at each participant's own expense.

NL Tech Vietnam 2026 is open to Dutch startups and SMEs operating in the tech industry.
