The Netherlands at the International Food & Drink Event in London
The Agricultural team of the Dutch Embassy in London, in cooperation with Export Partner, organised a Netherlands Lounge with the participation of four Dutch companies at the International Food & Drink event.
The IFE (International Food & Drink Event) is the largest food trade fair and most successful event for product sourcing for buyers from across the retail, foodservice, hospitality, wholesale, distribution, import and export sectors. Taking palce from 25 to 27 March at ExCeL London, the Agricultural team of the Dutch Embassy in London, in cooperation with Export Partner, organised a Netherlands Lounge with the participation of four Dutch companies.
The IFE gave these companies the opportunity to broaden their horizons, make connections and take advantage of the dynamic UK market. They were able to uncover new business opportunities, sample innovative products, and learn the latest trends from industry trailblazers.
In addition to the exhibition activities, the Agricultural team hosted a successful networking reception focused on knowledge sharing and taking advantage of business opportunities.
Nine other Dutch companies participated in IFE with their own stands. One of them was Lika Bakery, who was chosen as one of the winners of the World Food Innovation Awards in the Best Bakery Product 2024 category with their vegetable bread.
