Who are you? 

• You are a well-organized team player with an eye for detail and a hands-on, flexible attitude. 
• You enjoy delivering high-quality work, feel comfortable in an international and diplomatic environment, and take pride in creating a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• You have relevant experience. You are a good communicator and, next to Slovene, you have a good command of English or German. 

About the role:
As part of our team, you help ensure that the residence is always tidy, presentable and representative of the Netherlands abroad. Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, ironing and maintaining household areas
• Managing supplies and placing orders, receiving suppliers
• Welcoming and guiding visitors
• Supporting the smooth running of receptions, lunches and dinners

What we offer: 

•  A full-time (40 hours) permanent contract based on the provisions of Slovenian law
• Salary from EUR 1.626 gross
