It is a great honor for me to serve as Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Panama. I arrive with great enthusiasm and a desire to get to know the country and its people. Together with the embassy team I strive towards strengthening the close ties between our countries.

We share a strong connection to our natural environment, in particular to water.  Both countries developed strong maritime, commercial and logistical traditions. The Panama Canal and the Port of Rotterdam are strategic hubs of global significance.

Working together offers opportunities to drive trade, investment and innovation. Panama and the Netherlands support freedom of navigation and promote secure value chains. In an ever-changing world, the Netherlands and Panama are driven by a firm commitment to international law, dialogue and multilateral cooperation.

The Embassy aims to create bridges of friendship and cooperation. We look forward to meeting you. Please join us in building ever stronger and more dynamic relationships between our countries.
