The guide serves as an information document for entrepreneurs and has been developed in collaboration with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, the Ministry of Justice and Security, entrepreneurial organisations ICC-NL, VNO-NCW and MKB-Nederland, the Netherlands Tax and Customs Administration and the Public Prosecution Service. The guide provides information, tips and tools about what an entrepreneur can do to prevent corruption, or how to act when an entrepreneur encounters it.
