From August 1 to September 1, everyone in Vilnius is invited to walk, run, or cycle the 5 km route through the city center to help create a powerful symbol for World Suicide Prevention Day — a bicycle.

For us, this initiative is about more than physical activity. It is a way to:
🧡 Raise awareness of suicide prevention
🧡 Show support for those affected by suicide in their families or among their friends
🧡 Foster open conversations about grief and emotional wellbeing

Participating reminded us how important community, empathy, and connection are in building a healthier and more caring society.
