Translation Workshop from Italian into Dutch and Vice Versa - Italy

The Dutch diplomatic mission in Italy has joined forces with the Dutch Foundation for Literature, Flanders Literature and the Permanent Representation of Flanders in Italy to organise an intensive translation workshop focusing on children and young adult literature. Ten established or aspiring translators from Italy, the Netherlands and Flanders will work on texts by Toon Tellegen and Enrico Galiano under the guidance of renowned literary translators Laura Pignatti and Henrieke Herber. The workshop will take place at Laboratorio Formentini per l’Editoria in Milan and will also be joined by youth literature experts from the Netherlands and publishing professionals from Italy.
