Mare di Libri - Italy

16 Jun Mare di Libri

From 16 to 18 June Mare di Libri festival took place in Rimini. It is the only literature festival in Italy dedicated to teenagers. For three days the historic center of Rimini hosted workshops, performances and meetings with the Italian and foreign authors most loved by teens.

Each year the festival involves more than a hundred young volunteers from middle and high schools, who are divided into teams with their own specific tasks, and carry out all the tasks related to the management and organization of the festival. This makes the festival not only for teenagers, but also organized by teenagers themselves.

The 16th edition of Mare di Libri offered a series of initiatives focused on Dutch literature.
