About Odelion Orchestra
ODELION is a strong mix of dark pop and folk with a slightly classical touch and jazz influences. Margriet Sjoerdsma started ODELION after she spent three weeks in Norway, where she got inspired and wrote new songs with personal yet universal themes: family, roots, compassion, letting go and forgiveness. In 2021 her album "Northern Lights" won the prestigious Dutch Edison Awards.
