Bennie (8) gets into trouble after accepting a race challenge from the mayor's son, resulting in him being forbidden from watching the arrival of Sinterklaas. Additionally, his father must stay in Bilbao on December 5th. Bennie then adds his name to Sinterklaas' book, mistakenly believing this means he can travel to Spain to see his father.
