The Defense Attaché at the Embassy in Indonesia represents and reports to the Dutch Ministry of Defense in The Hague. The Defense Attaché is also accredited to Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. The priorities within defense diplomacy lie in the areas of military cooperation, information exchange, military heritage, and support for the Netherlands defense and security-related industries.
