In this position, you will contribute to the Embassy’s work by processing passports, naturalization requests, short stay visas, MVV applications, consular certificates, verification requests, and emergency travel documents, while maintaining accurate records, files, and payments.

The role combines practical consular assistance with strong administrative and organizational responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring that applications are handled carefully, questions are answered in a customer friendly manner, and consular procedures run smoothly. In addition, you may support social consular cases, such as assisting stranded Dutch nationals, supporting Dutch detainees in Hungary when required, and giving travel advise for Hungary. 

This is a temporary full time position covering maternity leave, offering the opportunity to work in an open, informal and result oriented environment, where accuracy, integrity, teamwork, and flexibility are essential.
