Here you will find information about the services provided by the Dutch embassy in Tallinn.
Consular information
In case of urgency (theft/loss), the embassy can issue laissez-passer
documents. In addition, the embassy can be asked for advice in cases
of emergency; the embassy can provide support in certain areas. For
the application for passports and visa, you can go to the Embassy of the Netherlands in Finland.
In case you have any specific consular questions, you can contact
us per the contact form or phone. Visiting the embassy is possible by
appointment only.

Economic information
The Estonian economy is growing steadily and there are many
opportunities for exporters and investors.
The Embassy of the Netherlands in Estonia has an economic officer
employed. The embassy can provide support for Dutch companies that
want to conduct business in Estonia. Upon request, the embassy can
help establish valuable contacts with both potential customers and
governmental institutions. Additionally, market information, briefings
on economic developments and advice on economic, social and cultural
backgrounds can be provided. In order to facilitate Dutch companies
sufficiently, the embassy is constantly searching for business
opportunities and ensures that the information provided is up-to-date.
The economic officer works in close cooperation with RVO, the Dutch governmental agency
for international business. It is possible to make an appointment with
the economic officer, Kadri Pedas, by phone and the contactform.

Regional business development team
The Regional Business Development team is part of the economic
network in the Nordics and Baltics. The team works on mapping projects
and business cases in the region, tries to find interested companies
and knowledge institutions, and then proceeds to draw up a plan in
order to realise the newly arisen opportunities together. The team has
information that cannot be found through Google, an exclusive
cross-sectoral network, a regional overview of business opportunities,
and regularly organises network or matchmaking events together with
the embassies in the region. They are also frequently represented at
exhibitions and seminars in the Netherlands.

Defence
The defence attaché is the representative of the Dutch armed forces
in Lithuania, co-accredited in Estonia and Latvia. He is the contact
person between the Netherlands and the three countries for matters
concerning defence.
