New Electronic Toll Collection System Poland

As of 1 December 2021 the new e-toll system will apply also for passengers cars on two sections of the A2 and A4 motorways: 

• A2 Konin-Stryków and
• A4 Bielany Wrocławskie-Sośnica

On the remaining sections of concession motorways, i.e. A1, A2 and A4, no changes are made to the method of payment for the toll.

Since 1 October 2021, the only applicable electronic toll system for vehicles > 3.5 tonnes in Poland is e-TOLL. Every user who travels on toll roads in Poland with a vehicle weighing more than 3.5 tonnes is required to register with the e-TOLL Electronic Toll Collection System of the National Revenue Administration.
