Scholarships open to Filipinos under the Orange Knowledge Program
Are you a Filipino professional interested in taking short courses, master's or doctoral programs taught in English? Or are you part of an organization that could benefit from a tailor-made training course must be carried out by a Dutch training provider?
If so, you may want to consider the Orange Knowledge Program, a € 100 million global development program, funded by the Dutch government. It was kicked off mid-2017 for a period of 5 years and involves around 50 countries.
In the Philippines, applicants are eligible to apply for the following programs:
- Tailor-Made Training (TMT) for groups
- Individual scholarships for mid-career professionals

Individual scholarship applications
Applicants from the Philippines can apply via the Study in Holland website for individual short courses, Master's, and Doctoral programs.
The current application round opened on 7 Feb 2019. Deadline for institutions for nominating candidates is 4 April at 11.00 CET.

Tailor-made Training applications
Applicants from Philippine organizations who belong to the list of strategic applicants listed above, and who wish to pursue a group Tailor-made Training may prepare an application together with a Dutch training provide and submit it to Nuffic online.
A tailor-made training course must be conducted by a Dutch training provider. The training courses have to be in line with the sectoral priorities identified by the Embassy, listed above.
The current round will close on 21 March 2019.
