If your country has a chamber of commerce in the Netherlands, most likely they will be able to help you out as well. Also, Business.gov.nl offers a list of Bilateral Chambers of Commerce.

Enterprise Europe Network

From most countries, the Enterprise Europe Network can also help you. It connects companies from over 60 countries inside and outside the EU.

Specific for EU-countries

The EU has set up a network of websites to help businesses from all EU countries quickly find their way in the EU business landscape: the EUGO Points of Single Contact (PSC) network. The PSC websites offer information on doing business in the various EU-countries. For the Netherlands, Business.gov.nl is the PSC website.
